- Ensure the lens and microphone remain clean and unobstructed to maintain video and audio quality.
- Avoid dropping, impacting, or subjecting the camera to strong vibrations.
- Don't attempt to disassemble or modify the device. Unauthorised disassembly may damage the camera and invalidate the warranty.
- Use only recommended Class 10 or higher microSD cards, with maximum support up to 256GB.
- Charge the camera using a certified USB power adapter. Avoid using substandard or uncertified chargers to prevent safety hazards.
- When not in use, store the device in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
